Riot Audio releases free Tremolo Clouds for Kontakt 6 05th March 2021
Riot Audio has released a free cinematic morphing pad instrument based on its Clouds engine. Tremolo Clouds combines violin and acoustic guitar tremolos, and turns them into morphing, granular-style pads.
 Tremolo Clouds is based on a combination of violin and acoustic guitar tremolos, turned into morphing, granular-style pads.
'The difference between this pad engine and a standard granular synthesis engine is that the grains here are created by hand, by using a very fast playing style to create an almost continuous sound.
Riot Audio's Clouds engine generates organic movement between different sample sources and groups. It contains two layers, A and B, each of which in turn contains a base sublayer and a target sublayer, i.e. four layers in total.'

 Callybeat has released a free synthesizer instrument geared towards 808 kicks and deep bass sounds.
 Hum808 is a 4-oscillator synthesizer with 225 waveforms. It features 12-voice polyphony, a spectrum analyzer, 4-band parametric equalizer, ADSR envelope, multi-mode filter and an LFO for modulation.

 Meet the PCM2612 Retro Decimator Unit, a bitcrusher effect plug-in with a distinctive legacy. Based on the work we made on the RYM2612 Iconic FM Synthesizer, our tribute emulation of the Sega Genesis sound chip, the 8-bit decimation is inherited from the FM synth's PCM playback feature, packed in a simple and compact effect unit. Bonus: it's free!
